Gentle Pilates Class
Please join us for a gentle pilates class on the Dixboro Village Green during the market. This class will explore conscious movement utilizing breathing to de-stress, stretch, and strengthen your bodies. The class will begin with centered breathing and then focus on a series of exercises to strengthen, stretch, and condition our bodies. We will end with a brief meditation in the beauty of nature. Please bring a mat – all levels welcome!
Class begins on Friday July 28th – 5.30-6.15 p.m. (no class on Friday August 18th).
